Request an RMA:
Email Customer Service or call to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). An RMA will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
Prepare Your Return:
Include the product, original packing slip, and completed RMA form in the box.
Damaged Products:
If you received a damaged product that cannot be shipped, please include a picture of the damaged product(s) in your email when requesting the RMA form
