Refund Policy

All spiritual Life products come with a no-questions-asked guarantee within 30 days from the order date or 10 days from the delivery date for new/unopened or defective/damaged products. To receive a refund, store credit, or replacement product(s), please follow the instructions below.

Request an RMA:

Email Customer Service or call to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). An RMA will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

Prepare Your Return:

Include the product, original packing slip, and completed RMA form in the box.

Damaged Products:

If you received a damaged product that cannot be shipped, please include a picture of the damaged product(s) in your email when requesting the RMA form
